TERMS AND CONDITIONS RETURN:
Returns are acceptable with the replacement of the products or reversal of the full amount paid by the customer within 7 days of receipt of the product. Returns, however, are only permitted in the following cases:
Should you discover any faulty or damaged goods: No need to worry; if, upon delivery, you discover that the goods are damaged, then immediately contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com We will reimburse the purchase price or send a replacement item, as per your request, following the appropriate verification. The contents of your shipment, as well as the original packaging, must be returned along with the damaged or defective products.
In the event that a different product was shipped: - Don't worry; just contact our Customer Care staff as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org if you discover, upon receipt of the product, that a different product was shipped. Depending on your preference, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product. Your shipment's contents and original packaging must be returned with the products.
After placing the order, you have 24 hours to cancel it. In-stock products are often shipped the same day. So, kindly inform us as soon as you can. After the cancellation is completed, the full amount or any deduction will be reimbursed by the original mode of payment within 10 to 15 working days, unless the item has already been sent. You can alter your mailing address as well. In such circumstances, kindly notify us within 24 hours. You can reach us by email on email@example.com.
If customers paid twice for a single transaction, then they will receive a refund from the same source within 7 to 10 working days.
- 20 to 25 days are required for the replacement product.
- Broken Sealed products will not be replaced.
